How can i get the token from softphones?

Hello sir,
I am using asterisk 13.22.0. I want to wake apps when call comes. we are setting AGI script for that. but how do i get the token from softphones like pjsip. When asterisk will get that token?

What token? How do softphones differ from hard phones in this respect?

for iOS i am using firebase push notification and Firebase provides me a token. I can use that token to send voip push notifications to iOS devices.
