How can i dial a dialplan extension using AGI

I am trying to execute dial(SIP/4444@10.40.3.31:5060,20) through python using AGI
How can I do that.
To execute a recording i am using “STREAM FILE ben_hello “”\n” command from AGI. Is there any command to do the same for the above dial command.

The forum doesn’t work that way. You provide what you are trying and logs etc. showing how it is failing and people will try to explain what you are doing wrong.

I’ve never personally done it, so I have no tested example.
