Hold music for Reciever/Transferrer of call

Hi all,

I’m having problems finding where to set the music for calls that are put on hold for the receiver of the call. It’s not the Music on Hold music for the initiator of the call because i can get to the config and change that no worries. The sound I’m getting is a constant high pitched tone which drives us insane.

Any ideas where I can at least find the sound file if there isn’t an option to configure for it?

This wasn’t a setting in Asterisk. As it turns out it is a setting in the phone. We are using snom 320 phones and in the Advanced tab they have an option for dial tone on Hold. Turn that off and you get the beautiful sound on silence.
