i have aserisk 1.2.7.1 with RHEL3 with tdm card 2400p. it work fine and some times i am seeing this error
WARNING[14220]: channel.c:787 channel_find_locked: Avoided initial deadlock for ‘0x9bec670’, 10 retries!
what might the issue and how do i solve it?

If I remeber correctly it is just an error. Asterisk is doing its job.

rizwan, there are several open bugs on this issue, but i believe Dovid is right - you can ignore this error.
as for what it means, i don’t know. head over to the bugtracker if you want, i know there are a couple of bugs that mention that error specifically.
