Hi, could anyone please help me in making a multilevel IVR system using asterisk realtime extensions?
I’m using asterisk 11.7.0, ubuntu 14.04, X-lite softphone, ODBC, and MySQL db.
I’m having problem in enabling the DTMF function. I followed the example in this link voip-info.org/wiki/view/Aste … Extensions to enable the realtime extensions.
The dialplan works fine, but problem arise when I press 1, asterisk verbose says “can not find extension ‘1’ in context…”.
What should I put in exten field (or other field) on db so the asterisk can detect it as DTMF?
