[Help] Active Directory And Asterisk

HI everybody
i am new to this forum and had the following question posed to me recently–whether there is any way that we can use Active Directory to authenticate users in making calls over Asterisk?

any help on this would be greatly appreciated

asterisk itself is not integrated into AD. you might be able to authenticate to AD using AGI since with AGI you can execute a program/script in just about any language.

You could go the LDAP approach (which AD supports), although I have never used it:
