I have seen these devices, but never used them with Asterisk before.
Do a google search for “fixed wireless” or “fixed wireless asterisk” and you should be able to find out everything you need to know.

I have 7 Dock n Talks attached to my UK asterisk box. I have them attached to a digium tdm 400 card with I think fxo ports. Had to tell asterisk to set the lines for usa so I could get the caller id.
All works great.
