Ok here it goes.
Have a special need for a group.
My boss want (for some reason) that the welcome message don’t start playing imediatly, but that the caller first gets 2 normal rings.
Then the normal “welcome to bla bla bla bla please hold bla bla” message plays.
I guess a custom_app is in order, but what to do with the 2 inital rings? is there a “playback_ring,2” function

Just record two rings before Welcome bla bla
Then if somebody wants to enter he will listen two rings 
hehe was thinkin about that… just felt that it was a less than elegant way to solve it
actually was thinking something like this…
Exten => s,1,Answer
Exten => s,2,Ringing
Exten => s,3,Wait,4
Exten => s,4,Playback(custom/welcome)
Any1 that could tell if this is in the dircetion of a solution… ?
