I find your question very unclear.
If you are asking how to use the grep command, I think the Asterisk mailing
list / forum is not the right place - it is far too generic a question, and
not about Asterisk.
On the other hand if you are asking how to find something in the Asterisk log
file, then tell us what it is you want to find and we might be able to assist.

A specific verbose what?
I assume that English is not your native language, so please try to say more
about exactly what it is you are doing, and perhaps post also a full version
of your question in your native language so that we might try to translate it
and understand what information you are asking for.

The first logician says “I don’t know.”
The second logician says “I don’t know.”
The third logician says “Yes!”

If that is all the information you have with which to identify the call, then
yes.
It’s difficult to tell you how to search for something without knowing what
information you have available in order to find it.
Sometimes you might need to find a call from a particular Caller ID, sometimes
you might need to find a call in to a specific DDI, sometimes you only know the
date/time and have to see how many calls came in around that time.
It all depends on what informatin you have to identify the call you are
looking for.

majority of people genuinely believe they are not like the majority of people.
