Getting Error while bulk dialing using JAVA AMI

Dear All,

I am using Asterisk 11.25 and JAVA AMI for dialing numbers in bulk.

On average there are 900 calls on the asterisk box, however after some time I start getting following error and calls get fail.

“Oh dear… we couldn’t allocate a port for RTP instance”

I have set following setting rtp.conf

rtpstart=10000
rtpend=35000

Kindly suggest how I can resolve this issue.

Asterisk 11.25 no t longer supported, assuming it is bug you will need to upgrade the version to the LTS, your port range seems to be quite enough

Thanks for your feedback.

Let me upgrade to Asterisk 13 and see if issue still persist.
