I read that asterisk support G.729 pass thru. So. If a call from my DID comes using G.729 and my destination provider use G.729 the asterisk server will allow the call to continue as G.729?
DID(G.729)—>Asterisk—>Termantion Company(G.729)

Yes. As long as you don’t do anything (in particular generate tones in Asterisk, rather than the phone) that requires transcoding. You will also need G.729 versions of messages and MOH.

If I add A2billing for billing and dialing before asterisk, does the codec will change?
I am aware that a2billing support G.729 as well.
