Forwarded extension and automatic voicemail period

I’ve got an extension that is having some issues. It’s the main line for a company and it is set to go directly to voicemail between 6pm and 9am. The extension also gets forwarded (directly from phone) to the front desk admin’s cell when she leaves for the day because she’s scheduled to be in at 10am but business hours start at 9. The problem we had last week is that after 6pm a call still got forwarded to the admin’s voicemail -

What’s weird is that for the time that it didn’t function properly it shows as ‘answered’ and the one where it did function it shows as not answered…
