"Fixed" Voicemail issue

Hello all,

I have one users mailbox that when they try to login
to the voicemail it accepts the login information and then jsut disconnects.

Everyone elses is working.

I have checked the voicemail.conf, sip.conf and extensions.conf and that
mailbox that isn’t working is setup the same exact way as everyone
elses.

Any ideas what it could be please?

Check that no “lock” files exist.

check the permissions are correct for its directories and that no files exist in the inbox wtc

Thank you! It looks like you have me on the right track!

I do see in that users voicemail inbox a file with a .lock beside it that
is not on the other voicemail inboxes.

Do you have any idea how I would be able to take that lock off?
Not sure how it got there in the first place.

Ok I deleted the .lock file in inbox directory and old directory and
the voicemailbox is now operational.

Thanks again! It had been 2 months trying to figure it out off and on!
