I had a client call me to let me know that he could not receive internal or external inbound calls. After advanced troubleshooting I found that the ExtensionState was stuck at 2. The only way to get this to clear is to restart asterisk. Is there anyway to change the state manually? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was this Trix ? if it was and using the dial agi this is a known issue with trix, have a look in the forums there to see what was done to resolve it.
