I got following message and stopped there

I am using behind proxy I think so
I downloaded zaptel-fw-oct6114-064-1.05.01.tar.gz and got .bin file
How can I continue my installation?

Now I got install asterisk
but I think not work properly because of I can`t see any module and some command

test-CentOSCLI> dial
No such command ‘dial’ (type ‘help dial’ for other possible commands)

what wrong sir? how can I fix?
