Hi Group,
My SIP provider needs me to send the caller ID as E164.
At the moment, SIP connection is “Registered” and “sip show peers” shows as this peer is UP.
According to the provider, I can not make calls untill I send the Caller ID as E164 and I do not understand. Also in the caller ID that they gave me has a “#” at the end. Is this normal?.
With the current setup, when I make a SIP call, I get the error as “SIP/2.0 404 Not Found” and … the below
Can you please help on this to find out how to configuire the asterisk to send Caller ID as E164?
