Caller ID Issue

Hello, I have been using an install of AsteriskNOW and is working great except the CID. When I set up a SIP account and I put the CID in (8134531324). I will still get the “Restriced Number” Not sure what else I can do here. Any help appreciated.

Ask your ITSP to see what they recieve on their end ? Maybe they are doing it ? Also please post your extensions.conf and sip.conf. It could be set up in there.
