Can i integrate e-Sim to make and receive calls?
Maybe with an outside SIP compatible gateway…

I think you need to be a lot more descripty, what is your usecase, what are you trying to solve ?
as you can do this with an Iphone or Android phone, with bluetooth
also do you need e-sim or will a normal sim ok ? is that a requirement !
I need to make calls from GSM Mobile network or receive calls using asterisk. and i need to use e-sim. i am trying to find a solution without using dongle.
and you neet to make calls via mobile, because you want a mobile number or because there is no ADSL/Fiber avalible ???
and you need to use a e-sim becaues your provider no longer allow phone that only support normal sim cards ???
how many simultatius calls ???

I use dinstar in my implementation. It is an “outside” asterisk sim/e-sim solution.
