DTMF not recognized when navigating through IVR menu

Hi, I am using Asterisk + XLite to make an outbound call. When I call my credit card company from XLite and their IVR promots for options. There are times DTMF sent by Xlite doesn’t get recognized.

I have tried different options for “dtmfmode” setting for my SIP extension and the results are the same.

Does anyone have experience on this and can share the correct setting.

Who is your provider and what DTMF modes do they support? Which codec are you using and which combinations of DTMF settings have you tried?
