There’s neverthless a entry in the Asterisk-buzgtracker and if I remember right, also a solution.
Meanwhile You may just ignore this message.

NOTICE means it is not an error. These are normal and ingorable, providing you get no more than a few per call.

set sip.conf

disallow=all
allow=all

this will solve this problem
