Is there a shared phone directory feature for Asterisk that can be shared between two locations? Each location has it’s own Asterisk server… If so, will it work with the polycom 501 and 301? and how is this feature managed? Is there any difference between directories on the Polycom 301 and 501?
Are you talking about the phone feature of Polycom for directory dialing? Or the directory in asterisk?
Sorry don’t know about the Polycom phone directories. Think it would depend on their firmware versions.
I am talking about a directory in asterisk that can be pulled down to a polycom phone.
