Direct Media - Video support

Hi Guys, is the video direct media still not supported by Asterisk?
I am using the 18.7.1 LTS version with chan PJSIP.
When i make only audio calls media is going peer to peer but when i make a video call media is always going through the Asterisk server.

If it is still not supported, do you plan to ever support this option?

No, it is not supported. As for supporting it - Asterisk is an open source project, so anyone can contribute changes. I know of noone actively working to support such a thing at this point though.
