I am tring to get a new Digium D40 phone working on my Aterisk lab system (version 10.11). The phone has been given it’s configuration and registered successfully in the Asterisk CLI. It can be dialled from other phones but when I try to place a call to one of the phones that can call it I just get a ‘busy’ tone.
An ideas why this might be please. I left the D40s Digimap settings at factory default, but was wondering if I could just copy them to match what’s on the softphones that work?
