Difference in configuration between te210p and te410p

The both us the same driver and the configuration for 210p should work for 410p.

This is my zaptel.conf

This configuration perfectly works for my te210p. Recently I decided to upgrade and instead of te210p plugged in the te410p. Card has been detected. ztcfg shows that everything is ok. Zttool shows that there are no alarms.
When I start asterisk D-channel on span 2 is up and I can use but D-channel for span 1 (this is incoming line from my telco) is down.
So what can I do here? Please, give some advice.
I repeat that te210p works fine with this config.
Thank you.

this may sound dumb, but why are you not using the telco as your clock synch source for your first span?

wouldn’t you want your zaptel.conf to look like this:

span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3
span=2,2,0,ccs,hdb3

or

span=1,2,0,ccs,hdb3
span=2,1,0,ccs,hdb3

i may be totally off on this, and if i am, my apologies - i always thought that you’d want to synch to the telco whenever you could…
