DID with DIDWW - registration issue? configuration issue?

I bought a DID number 54 381 … from www.didww.com

They have a suggested ‘sip.conf’ file (see below) but that configuration is not working. My asterisk is behind a firewall (NAT).

I have asterisk 1.4 and I am getting an error in the insecure=very line. Also, I change the NAT to YES.

If I select SET SIP DEBUG, I can see the calling when is comming. The caller will listen that the system is calling. Also, the phone attached to the Asterisk box (connected using a 400 Digium Card) is ringing. But, even if I answer the phone the caller is still getting that the phone is calling.

The suggested sip.conf from DIDWW file is:
