DID Callback disconnection problem:

Hi All,

We have set up a DID Callback system with Asterisk and A2Billing. The process is working fine and we are receiving callback.

In DID Callback, when a user calls to a DID number, it call gets disconnected mo mentally and the user receives a callback in a few seconds.

However, the problem here is that when a user calls to this DID numbers, it does not get disconnected. Instead it listens to continuous rings.

Asterisk Hangs up the call the moment it receives it but the user does not gets disconnected and asterisk receives continuous from DID number.

Please tell us if anybody knows the cause for this problem.
