Dial Rules - Adding a plus sign (+)

Hi,

We have recently got a new SIP trunk and they require numbers to be sent with +44 (for uk) infront of them.
We are in the UK so for numbers beginning with 0 I need to replace the 0 with +44. I can get asterisk to add the 44 but not the + because the + us used as a reserved character in the dial rules.

I currently have:
0|44+.
as a dial rule - now can I get asterisk to put a “+” infront of the 44?

I think it should be possible, try dial out in this way:
Dial(SIP/provider/+${EXTEN})

I think you can try also 0044 - instead of +44
