Dial international with country Code

Hello

I try to make outbound call with country code;
exten => _[0]… or exten => _X… its fully work
but i would do like
exten => +33 or +01 to restrict outbound call

Match _+. and goto your international access code prepended to the remaining digits of the extension number. Otherwise I don’t understand the question.
