My local agents while sending an invite to asterisk get an immediate response of trying but asterisk delays the invite to outgoing sip trunk by more than 10 seconds. Asterisk version is 20.19
You are cordially invited to provide your dial plan, and in a more general sense, any kind of information that would allow someone to troubleshoot or even speculate about what your problem might be.
Already checked for any dialplan issues blocking. Took a pcap trace and found the issue.

Your first choice name server isn’t reponding.
Checked all name resolution issues they are instantaneous. The problem which I have seemingly zeroed down is the dial statement in outgoing context. Because wthin the same context if I dial a local extension the response is instantaneous.
The destination has DNS server problems.
You need to get PJSP protocol logs, or use sngrep, and find out exactly where in the SIP dialogue the delay occurs.
