dahdi modules are not loading, I am using Cenots8 Linux Distribution.

You should contact your card vendor for dahdi problems.
However, they are going to need to see the messages you got when you tried to load it.

BTW dahdi modules
are loaded sucesffuly but I think digium card
not configured.
card shows on lspci

I’d say you definitely need to contact the vendor.
Sangoma/Digium don’t support their commercial products on the open source forum.
