Dahdi locks up and goes to one-way audio

After a few calls come in, Asterisk stops hearing audio from the TDM410P. The following comes up in the CLI when it stops working:

– Starting simple switch on 'DAHDI/1-1’
NOTICE[24185]: chan_dahdi.c:6522 ss_thread: Got event 17 (Polarity Reversal)…
NOTICE[24185]: chan_dahdi.c:6522 ss_thread: Got event 18 (Ring Begin)…
NOTICE[24185]: chan_dahdi.c:6522 ss_thread: Got event 2 (Ring/Answered)…

Normally, I don’t see those when Asterisk is performing fine. It seems to break after about an hour or so of being on. No matter where the call comes from (analog, cell, sip) it still eventually breaks the TDM card (one POTS line coming into the card. It has 2x FXS and 2x FXO with the EC module). Digium support is closed and we’re running out of ideas.

[root@asterisk ~]# dahdi_monitor 1 -v

Visual Audio Levels.

Use chan_dahdi.conf file to adjust the gains if needed.

( # = Audio Level * = Max Audio Hit )

Restarting the Dahdi drivers (service dahdi restart) fixes it, but that’s not a solution. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Still getting this randomly. Seems to happen at night, around 9-3am EST.
