Dahdi Hardware echo cancel problem

hi there.

I have a Wildcard TE435/235 with VPM450: Present and operational.

I can see echo cancel working for outgoing calls but not for incomming, all calls are like

Echo Cancellation:
128 taps
currently OFF

I just don’t know what could be wrong, how come the echo can is able to work just with outgoing?

any thoughts?
