This has been driving me crazy, so help would definitely be appreciated .
I have a D-Link DVG-1402S and am trying to configure it for use with Asterisk. Currently, the D-Link is on its own separate high speed connection with a public IP. Same goes for the Asterisk box.
Now, the Asterisk box can detect the dlink connecting to it, but the registration fails for some reason. I’ve tried everything and am stumped.
This is the error message:
Jun 11 00:46:57 WARNING[5796]: chan_sip.c:4501 parse_contact: Invalid host ''

Any suggestions would GREATLY help!!
Thanks.
