Connecting Non-SIP IP Camera to Asterisk

Hello to all,
I need to see the images of an IP (non-SIP) camera on my video phone via:
exten => 8450.1, Answer ()
exten => 8450.2, Rtsp (rtsp: //10.210.121.200: 7070)
exten => 8450.3, Hangup ()

I have read that the app_rtsp module must be installed

Someone has a guide on how to install the module
