I want to connect our home to our office’ asterisk server in order to call to internal network,how much bandwidth do I need for connecting to asterisk from home and have normal quality for voice ???

bandwidth is the least or your problems, if you have a broadband connection you have more then enough, however it’s best to have the same internet provider in your home and on your work location due to latency between the providers.
