Hi guys, how to join confbridge in extension without block dialplan?

The dialplan has to run on a channel. If that channel enters an application, the thread running the dialplan has to wait.

You need to explain what you are really trying to achieve, rather than how you, wrongly, think you can achieve it.

I want to play an audio file while WaitForSilence. Because that is not possible I want to play audio from another extension. I have tried ChanSpy with ‘w’ flag, but all other channels also hear that playback.

I find your description confusing.

Please explain what you want to happen - don’t use Asterisk terminology, just
say who is on a call, what they should hear, when it shoudl happen - that sort
of thing.

This might help us better to understand what you are aiming to achieve.
