I would like to add “click to call” links from our website.
Could I bridge 2 voip phone lines via asterisk/linux box in datacenter without any additional hardware.
IE: bridging to voip accounts over ethernet?

You may do this quite easily with a library such as this:
Whereby you may build a PHP app that originates a call via the Asterisk Manager API.
