I have a Cisco 7960 connected to * and it works fine - receives and places calls, etc. The issue is that when I check voicemail using the handset, the voice prompts come through both the handset and the speaker. The volume on the speaker is very low (lower than if I pressed the speaker button) but you can still hear it. Any ideas?
