Cisco 7906 failing to register

Hi all

cisco 7906 failing to register,

I just loaded sip firmware .But the phone keep restarting . Then i removed authpassword ( )
then it stopped contious rebooting . what could be the reason .

Please help

Possible reason could be cisco phone is unable to find firmware.
cross check path and permissions.
