I do have a TDM800P card installed. Seems like the timing isn’t being pulled from the card somehow? Can someone point me in the right direction to configure this correctly? Am I on the right track here?

Thanks!,
A.J.

Is there any hardware in the server sharing the same IRQ? If so definately move it to its own IRQ (you may need to change the slot to do that).

No this is the only card installed. Everything else is on the motherboard.

Also I after some more testing it seems to just be SIP based devices that are choppy. I can call in through the zap card and music on hold isn’t choppy. Same with IAX devices. So maybe my timing is OK? I’m kinda lost on this one. Too many things could be causing this… Any tips on how to narrow this down? I’m kinda just shooting in the dark at this point.

Does this happen when doing a single sip call(sip phone to sip phone)? Or is it only choppy when calling out to the PSTN using a sip phone?

Definitely sip to sip calls. Or calls to a meet me room. Let me make some good calls through the ZAP card to the PSTN before I say yes or now. My sip devices include x-lite (which I do have silence suppression off), Cisco ATA 188, and a Cisco 7960 phones. I’ll be sure to make a a few calls between Cisco devices before I start blaming x-lite too.

I’ll post back,
A.J.
