ChanSpy not working, acts like barge, softphones

Hi!

When using a soft-phone the chanspy can be heard by both the caller and agent. if we use a land-line the app works as expect, the agent can only heard the coach. no logs appear to be present with debug mode turned on to give me any indication something went wrong. Not sure what else to check. this a bug? i know I’m using an old version, but we really don’t have the option of upgrading right now.

You need to provide logs and configs, in order to get help before treat this like a bug.

Here is some of my configs, not sure what you need. we have a pretty standard setup.

asterisk.conf is all standard we have nothing set in there

sip.conf

id rather this not be published on the internet, can i email it to somebody directly?

Are you sure that this isn’t simply the result of echo from the phone?
