I’m getting warning of Forbidden on every extension i have created.

Any Idea why is it so entering correct username & pass.

Handle response invite handles all outgoing calls. It is the received response forbidden that matters.
You need to ask the operator of the peer what that response can mean for their system, as this is a genera error for reporting any policy violation.
