Cepstral Text 2 Speech

Hi,

I brought the license of Capstral Text 2 Speech from Digium. I have install as per the given instruction in my Asterisk 1.8.2. But the SayText application not showing my asterisk as well I check the message from my asterisk log, it shows that resource file is load to fail.

Can any one help me out, how can I resolve this issue and where to get support for that.
