when trying to install Cepstral Allison Voice from digium website; installation ‘failed’ because when testing the extension the call just hangs up. non of the command from cepstral work.
I followed all the steps on Digium installation readme on Cepstral and it doesn’t work. It appeared to be fine and had installed but it doesn’t work.
This is what happens when I dial the “TEST” extension from extension.conf

So am I doing something wrong here or did asterisk simply did not install it.
I’m running CentOS with Elastix 1.5
Note: When running the Cepstral Show Licences I get no such command in return.: NO SUCH COMMAND
go figures I must buy a support subscription just to get it installed correctly. so can anyone from here tell me whats going on with this installation… I tried to reinstall and it wouldn’t work.
