Can Asterisk do cell phone notification??
i currently have a voicemail system that will call a cell phone number and annouce that you have new messages and then propmt you for your password so you can listen, save, forward,delete…ect… thats what I’m trying to find out f Asterisk can do this. Its very useful opposed to constantly dialing to the backdoor number for a voicemail to check to see if you have new messages. Also very usefull if your cell has free incoming minutes.
