Carrier registered, inbound works for a while then stops

Hi,
Inbound calls work fine for ~30minutes then calls won’t come through. There is no sign of the call in logs.
CLI reload helps instantly (sip reload alone doesn’t seem work) but after few minutes it stops working again.
sip show registry shows the carrier is registered (even at the time the calls won’t go through)
also sip show peers status is OK

this is current config:

Typically due to auto-generated firewall or NAT rules expiring.
