Hi, when outside user call they can listen the IVR Options, when the IVR is playing user can’t access the internal extension and wait till the IVR options finish the user can access the internal extension. How to configure asterisk go to internal extension when user press them when the IVR is playing. Thanks

Asterisk does not have any concept of IVRs. IVRs are typically implemented by Asterisk GUIs. If you are using an Asterisk GUI, find a forum for that GUI. If you are not using a GUI, you need to contact the person who wrote the dialplan.
The underlying Asterisk application that should be being used here is Background. That is the application that plays a voice recording but can be interrupted by DTMF digits.
