Cannot leave voicemail after beep

Asterisk 1.4.25.1

i am having a problem with leaving a voicemail. the system recording will start and then beep. after teh beep it starts the second recording not allowing any time to leave a message. can somene give me a direction of where the problem might be?

No such format suggests that you haven’t got the appropriate file format module loaded. I’m a bit confused about why there are two recording attempts, and why it says wav49 (Microsoft RIFF (.wav) with GSM payload) and wav (Microsoft RIFF with 16 bit signed linear payload). That WAV is a synonym of wav49 may be relevant, if you haven’t transcribed the messages accurately.

The module was reloaded and it corrected the problem.
