Currently, we are seeking Technical Support Engineers
? Answer customer emails & phone calls.
? Assess issues, gather data to resolve, troubleshooting
? Full issue lifecycle either online or with problem replication in the support lab
? 24x7 support on a 4-5 week rotation schedule
? Resolve with own technical skills or working with engineering to resolve issues
? Must be able to handle stress and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Voice over IP, SIP/RTP protocols, & IP PBX
Strong network fundamentals (switching, routing, ARP, DNS)
802.11 Wireless Ethernet
Customer facing skills/experience
Excellent verbal skills
? Must have very strong basic routing/switching/VoIP skills
? Basic networking skills in SIP/RTP
? Mid to Sr. level experience-System Level Support
? Degree not required with relevant experience
? 5-6 years experience required
