We have a double NAT (I think) because one of our buildings is behind another network.
Intermittently calls from one building to another are going to VM and never rings the phone.
I’m very new to Asterisk and Elastix, and want to find some log files, but don’t know how to go about that. We have a built in CLI tool in our web gui, but that doesn’t seem to be it.
How can I find log files on these calls and start troubleshooting?
